To book a private tour, please, leave your contact information in the section below the tour description, and we will contact you. Please consider that arranging a private tour may require some time, so if possible, book in advance.
If you are late for the tour or if you got lost, please, let us know and our guide will wait for you!
If your tour is rescheduled or cancelled, we will let you know and will issue a complete refund o offer you a ticket for the next tour/any other of our tours.
You can have a refund with the 30% deduction if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance if there are no other booking terms for the tour.
If you are unable come to the tour on the selected day, you can book another convenient date in your personal account on our website. Please note, that you can change the date only once.
You can choose another tour with the price allocation and the price difference will be credited to your account.

We are glad to welcome guests of all ages on our tours, however, due to certain safety requirements children under 12 are not allowed on the tours to the “Red Octoberˮ confectionery and to the Kievsky railway station. All other tours have no age limits, yet we do not recommend bringing children under 7 to our tours and other events aimed at the adult audience.
You don’t have to print the ticket, you can show it to our guide on the screen of your smartphone.
Our tickets are only available online, you can buy them on our website. You can pay with credit card, via Yandex.Money, Webmoney, QIWI or by cash in Evroset or Svyaznoy phone stores. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to buy a ticket on site. After payment, you will receive your ticket with all the necessary information about the tour.
